It’s National Nutty Fudge Day today for all of our friends in the USA! What’s a better way to celebrate than to put on apron, get into the kitchen with your friends, and bake up a batch of magical, drool-worthy fudge!

Ingredients

1 jar (7 ounces of marshmallow creme)
2.3 cup of fat-free evaporated milk
1/2 cup of butter, cubed
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
4 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups of chopped pecans or walnuts
Add your own amount of Bright Future chocolate at your own discretion

Directions

Step 1

Line in a 9 inch square pan with foil and coat foil with cooking spray. Set aside. 

Step 2

In a large saucepan, combine the marshmallow creme, evaporated milk and butter. Bring to a boil; boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 

STEP 3

Remove from heat; add vanilla. Stir in small broken pieces of chocolate and additional chocolate until melted. Add pecans or nut products of choice.

STEP 4

Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Using foil, remove fudge from pan; carefully remove foil. Cut into 1 inch squares. Store in the refrigerator.

Notes

Total time is approximately 35 minutes (not including chilling). This recipe makes 2-3 pounds of fudge or about 81 pieces. Please use this recipe at your own discretion.

This recipe is fantastic for all desert lovers.
