This product is amazing ! I take one capsule every 3 days and it helps me stay more focused , less anxiety and overall I’m generally more happy ! The 50mg dose is my favourite

This product changes every part of your day. I have taken it 3x/week for about 6 weeks and noticed I have much more restful sleeps, I’m on my phone far less, I have far more concentration, less anxiety.
