I started with the 50mg capsules and didn’t notice anything for about a month while dosing every three days. About to get really mad that I had purchased three orders without trying first, I decided to up the dosage to two capsules. I don’t know how to better explain this other than to say – I can feel my brain working. My work is done quicker, more effective and efficiently – my meditations deeper and better than I’ve ever experienced them before – I’m happier and more connected with myself – and my stress is easily managed. I would suggest establishing a targeted amount to spend that qualifies a customer for free shipping, but other than that I highly recommend this product!
