I have been taking the micro 3 times a day for the last month, so far it’s been very possitive. I am using the micro to replace other depression/anxiety meds, meds I was taking to make me feel better but the negatives simply added to the problem. I couldn’t point to the Micro for making me feel better just yet but I cant deny the changes I’ve noticed.
